Many aquarium owners are not aware of the phosphate present in their aquarium. Phosphate usually incurs through the tap waters or the fish food which later accumulates in the water. It is necessary to control its level for the survival of the fish.
What is pH?
Every fish intakes a different pH. Different species of fish survive in different water environments. Some survive in Fresh water and some survive in Ocean Water. Each Water environment has different pH levels. For Salt Waters the pH levels should be 8 or higher and in Fresh Water it should be between 6 or 7.
